This house was built in the 1930's, but a recently redone indoor pool is a rare amenity in Santa Fe, and so close to it all on Garcia St!

The stunning Great Gathering Room with its 20 foot ceilings provides an expansive space for everyone to make memories together- meals at the enormous bespoke, live-edge dining table, watching a movie or game on the massive 85-inch, crystal clear television, charades or family board games from the house collection, and for sharing tales of the day’s adventures! These are simply a few reasons why your vacation here will be like none other!

The Brisa Serrana Suite: Luxuriate in the most spacious suite in the house with its custom crafted king bed, smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan and kiva fireplace. The French doors open to a view and magnificent sunsets. The newly remodeled bathroom is lined with Moroccan tile. You will be so pleased with the bathroom’s heated floors, soaking tub, large shower with multiple shower heads, large Italian sinks and walk in closet.

The cozy Caravan Room is for the adventurous and young at heart. The queen bunk beds are piled high with whimsical Katie Kime fabric pillows. The charming doors and the cabinets of the neighboring bathroom are hand-painted with playful drawings to lift your spirit.

The French doors of the airy and refreshing “Watermelon Room” offers mountain views, and opens to the terraced-garden. The fanciful giant’s king bed is made for comfort and the room’s own smart TV will provide you with the latest news and entertainment!

The “Tin Bedroom” is graced by a king bed imported directly from the interior of Mexico. Its ensuite bathroom continues the feel with Mexican Talavera tile and sink. This charming blue and white bedroom with its precious antique secretary claims its own kiva for chilly Santa Fe evenings.

The stars of the Western Bedroom are two spectacular paintings by 20th century artist, Epps. In the ensuite bathroom with heated floors, real tree trunks line the entrance to the large shower and clouds float overhead. Immersed in the rugged west with barn wood lining the walls, and your own TV.

Besides the enormous great gathering room, there are many places to relax, read, play, and sleep! Custom cabinets, skylights and large windows that overlook the courtyard make working in the remarkable galley kitchen a joy. The well-equipped space boasts a Bosch 800 Series - five burner gas cooktop, an awesome Kitchenaid built-in microwave, wall oven, and a slow cooker/warming drawer/bread proofer, a set of All Clad’s d5 Stainless cookware, a Musso Lussino ice cream maker, a Vitamix blender, a stand mixer, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and much more. Morning Room is a light-filled, intimate space that speaks to the soul of Santa Fe with its coved ceiling, handmade Saltillo tile floors, kiva fireplace, adobe walls, and charming folk art. The neighboring Narrows is a quiet place with custom banquettes for curling up with a good book or checking emails at the desk.

Outdoors:

Step outside to the Portal Grande, everyone’s favorite setting to relax and visit at the end of the day, enjoy the mountain air, and breath in the fragrance of pine (piñon) here in Santa Fe.

The Portal Pequeno is a wonder-filled spot for a tete-a-tete, watching the birds, picking herbs for the evening meal or mint for your mojitos.

Fun for all awaits in the huge enclosed swimming pool! This luxurious heated, indoor pool is a major highlight for guests who enjoy it no matter what the weather, and outside the doors is a private bocce ball court.
