This spacious and inviting great room is perfect for gathering around the large and distinct Kiva fireplace or around a meal in the formal dining space. YouTube TV is provided by the owners for live streaming of over one hundred broadcast, cable, and regional sports networks. Large windows flood the space with natural light and invite the expansive views directly into the living space.

KITCHEN

The modern kitchen has a suite of high-grade appliances and utensils for gourmet meal prep, including a Wolf gas range, Miele oven, Sub Zero fridge and freezer, and a dedicated ice maker.

BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and access to the porch. Three additional guest bedrooms (one king, two queen) share two more bathrooms (one full bathroom and one half bathroom). The king guest bedroom also features a private balcony with the most amazing views and porch access.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Eight Adirondack chairs provide space to kick back and take in the views on the porch, or you can fire up the natural gas grill for an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table that seats eight. Enjoy happy hour on the porch or challenge family and friends to a few rounds of bocce before sunset. There is even a fire pit overlooking the Sangre de Cristo mountains and Ski Santa Fe!

~Air conditioning is available in the great room, both Kings and the larger Queen bedrooms.
~ No more than 10 people are allowed in this home at a time.
~ Street parking is not allowed due to HOA regulations. Ample off-street parking is available.
~ All-wheel or four-wheel drive is mandatory when renting this home in the winter months.
~This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
